This service requires a Premium OpenAI membership ($20/mo) in order to use the custom GPT. There are no refunds for this specific reason. 4. Intellectual Property The content and technology used the Service are the property of LegalOwl and OpenAI and are protected by intellectual property laws. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties The service is provided "as is," and no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information are guaranteed. Information can be false. 6. Limitation of Liability Company and Service hall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, nor the ignoring of these Terms and Conditions. 7.
